Architecture & interiors
Calm buildings for loud lives.
We design houses, libraries and workplaces that age well, cost what was promised and feel quiet the day you move in.
Years in practice
Founded in a borrowed drawing room.
Projects built
From a garden studio to a civic library.
Design awards
Mostly for things nobody notices: light, air, quiet.
Buildings over budget
We price early and design to it.

Projects
All projects → Three we are proud of
Tidewater House
A family house on a tidal inlet
North Lane Library
A branch library with a reading room of light
Orchard Pavilion
A timber pavilion for a community orchard
They listened for three weeks before drawing a line. The house feels like it was always meant to be on that bank.
